Carina is an experienced and enthusiastic physiotherapist committed to getting the best results for her clients.

She graduated from the University of Queensland in 2003 and started her career in Brisbane in private practice before moving to the UK in 2008. She made London home, working in both hospital outpatients and private practice and gaining invaluable experience before returning home to Australia and joining the Aspley Physiotherapy team in 2013.

Carina is dedicated to continually adding to her knowledge and skills and has undertaken further training in hydrotherapy, Pilates mat work to an advanced level, advanced neuromuscular dry needling, and many other manual, electrotherapy, and exercise-based techniques. She is passionate about combining her manual skills with exercise-based rehabilitation, particularly Pilates and Hydrotherapy, to help her clients overcome injuries or surgery, return to work and sport, and improve their quality of life.

When not at work Carina enjoys keeping fit and spending time with her husband and young son.
