National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australian Government implemented scheme which was designed to help people living with disability and their families to have access to the services they require.

There are around 4.3 million Australians who have a disability. Within the next five years the NDIS will provide an estimated 500,000 Australians who have permanent and significant disability with funding for supports and services. For many people, it will be the first time they receive the disability support they need.

The NDIS takes a lifetime approach, investing early in people with disability and children with developmental delay to improve their outcomes later in life.

Here at Aspley Physiotherapy Clinic we accept all plan managed NDIS clients. Our Physiotherapists are committed to helping you or your family members to achieve your goals, whether that be managing a chronic condition, improving quality of life or aiding development in children.
