Clinical Exercise Therapy Classes at Aspley Physiotherapy
At Aspley Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic, we’re dedicated to ensuring that our clients not only recover well from injuries and setbacks, but also enjoy optimal wellbeing and fitness. Part of this is providing classes and training aimed at building strength and flexibility. We offer regular Clinical Exercise Therapy classes for Aspley, Northlakes and Caboolture locals looking for specialised training from a physiotherapist who knows how to take care of their unique exercise supervision needs.
Each class has been specifically developed by one of our physiotherapists with exercises drawn from Pilates, Functional Strength and Conditioning, Yoga and physiotherapy rehabilitation principles to address injuries, manage chronic issues, prevent reinjury and improve overall health and wellbeing.
Strength and Stretch
This mat class is for all levels as each exercise is able to be modified to suit the individual's needs. Prior to joining the class you will be required to have an assessment and one on one with one of our physiotherapists to determine your needs, set short and long term goals and teach you basic postural and core strengthening principles.
Standing Total Body
A focused class done in standing to strengthen and stabilise the supporting musculature of vulnerable joints, to help protect against degradation and injuries. This is especially important for those with Osteopenia or Osteoporosis.
Our popular dedicated men's classes were developed as part of our Core + Pelvic Floor program. All men are welcome to attend this class for rehabiltation of injuries and management of chronic conditions, however it is especially focused to assist with strengthening for men post prostate surgery.
Booking in for classes at Aspley Physiotherapy is simple, and our classes are affordable even for casual attendees. For more information or to make a booking, please call our clinic on (07) 3263 5786. Our reception team will assist with your enquiry.
