Bridget graduated from the Masters in Physiotherapy Studies at the University of Queensland in 2018. She is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and facilitating patients to do the same. Having previously worked as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist for four years, she is able to integrate this into patient care to ensure patients receive a well-rounded approach to their treatment. She has participated in various areas of extra training including Pilates, dry needling and hydrotherapy.
Bridget also has a long history of coaching gymnastics from children through to adults. After experiencing first-hand how physiotherapy can benefit a range of injuries, her interest in physiotherapy was boosted by a curiosity in understanding the human body and how to optimise how it works.
